Toolbox WA is a strategic planning, marketing and business development consultancy service, established in April 2005 by James Lawton and Teri O'Toole.
We offer wide ranging expertise in marketing, research, planning, operations, customer service and forming partnerships, gained in the commercial, government and not for profit sectors in the UK and Australia.
Clients are assured that all work performed by Toolbox WA will be conducted by only one of the Directors, as we do not use junior support staff in the business to ensure a consistently high quality of work.
However, what really stands us apart from other consultancies is that we direct all net profit generated by Toolbox WA back into the WA community via the Toolbox Charitable trust.
Funds are directed to individuals or groups living in disadvantage to help them change their circumstances.
So we keep our service charges reasonable, minimise our costs, live by our values and try to generate what we can to help others who are less fortunate.
We hope our example will encourage others to integrate philanthropy into their way of life or how their business operates.
